S Rangrass - Divisional Chief Executive
Sanjiv Rangrass took over as Chief Executive of the Agri Business Division - ILTD in July 2010. Prior to this, he was the Chief Operating Officer of the business. Rangrass joined the Company in 1982 after completing his B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Kanpur. He spent 27 years in the India Tobacco Division in various capacities in the Technical function across manufacturing units and Head Office. From 1998-99, he served as the Head of Bengaluru Factory after which he moved to Head Office as the General Manager, Operations. During 2001-03 he also had a cross functional stint as General Manager, HR, in the Tobacco Division. Prior to moving to Agri Business Division - ILTD , he was Member, Technical, of the Executive Committee of the Tobacco Division. At present, he is on the Board of Governors of IIM Shillong.
S Ramakrishna - Vice President, Processing and Technology
S Ramakrishna is Vice President, Processing and Technology for the Agri Business Division - ILTD. He joined the Technical Function of the Division in 1980, when operations were being mechanised. He has been involved in all major projects of ILTD's Technical function, contributing to Project Planning & Management, Maintenance Management, Processing and Factory Management. As Factory Manager at Chirala, he has developed Systems in compliance with SA 8000, OHSAS 18000 and IQRS Level 7. His experience cover Green Leaf Threshing Plants, Material Handling and Storage Systems and Factory Management. Before taking over as Head - Processing and Technology in July 2006, he was Factory Manager at Chirala. Ramakrishna is a Fellow of the Institute of Engineers.
Ravi Srinivasan - Vice President, Human Resource
Ravi Srinivasan is Vice President, Human Resource, Agri Business Division - ILTD. After receiving a Masters degree in Personnel Management & IR from Xavier Institute of Social Services, Ranchi, he joined ITC in 1988. Prior to that, he worked with a NGO – Voluntary Health Association of India and then with the Punjab Agro Industries Corporation as Manager, Manpower Development. He joined ITC's Manpower Development Group and was involved with the training and development initiatives. From 1992 to 1994, he was Staff Training and Development Manager with the Tobacco Business. From 1994 till 2008, he was part of the Corporate Human Resources Team as General Manager (Training & Development). His key responsibilities included identifying, designing, resourcing and anchoring key development initiatives for ITC Managers. In 2008, he took over as Head of Human Resources for Agri Business Division - ILTD.
Srinivasan is a visiting faculty with the Organizational Behaviour department of the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He is an External Expert on the National Institute of Design's admission panel for the past ten years.
He is a certified MBTI Process Facilitator, Counselor, Internal Facilitator and certified Assessment and Development Centre Anchor.
Pinaki Mukherjee - Vice President, Finance & IT
Pinaki Mukherjee is Vice President, Finance & IT, Agri Business Division - ILTD. A qualified Chartered Accountant, Mukherjee joined ITC in 1987 in the Finance function. He spent his first 9 years in various assignments in Operations of the cigarette factories in Munger and Bengaluru and then in Projects focussing on induction of technology and construction of the greenfield cigarette factory in Bengaluru.
In 2000 he moved to Corporate Internal Audit where he played a critical role in strengthening the quality of risk management processes through comprehensive evaluation of the effectiveness of internal control systems and governance processes in the various businesses of the Company and its subsidiaries.
Mukherjee moved back to Tobacco business as the Head of Finance - Operations to play a key role in critical areas of Indirect Taxation and in supporting the execution of business deliverables and growth initiatives of the cigarettes business. In 2012, he took over as the head of Finance & MIS, Agri Business Division - ILTD.
H N Ramaprasad - Vice President, Leaf Operations and R&D
H N Ramaprasad is Vice President, Leaf Operations and R&D, at ABD-ILTD. Ramaprasad joined ITC in 1988 after completing his post graduation in Agriculture from the University of Agricultural Sciences, Bangalore. He took up his current assignment in July 2012. Prior to this assignment, he has worked in various capacities in different regions of ILTD, covering the entire leaf tobacco supply chain and has also worked in the Tobacco Division Head Office from 2001 to 2008, as Divisional Manager - Leaf, based in Kolkata.
He moved back to ILTD - Guntur in October 2008, and took charge as General Manager - Leaf Operations, with overall responsibility for Crop Development, Procurement, Leaf Utilization and Product Management across the three leaf operation units.
Ramaprasad, with his in-depth and intuitive knowledge of the Tobacco crop and the related commodity cycle, brings his expertise to the fore in the areas of Market strategy, stakeholder management and team development.
G Krishna Kumar - General Manager, Leaf Operations
Krishna Kumar is General Manager Leaf Operations, at ABD-ILTD. Krishna Kumar joined ITC in 1987 after completing his graduation in Agriculture from Andhra Pradesh Agricultural University. He took up his current assignment in July 2013. Prior to this assignment, he has worked in various capacities in different regions of ILTD, covering the entire leaf tobacco supply chain and also headed the Agri inputs vertical from 2008 to 2011. During 2012 -13, he was heading the Mysore Leaf Operations team based at Mysore.
He moved back to ILTD - Guntur in July 2013, and took charge as General Manager - Leaf Operations, with overall responsibility for Crop Development, Procurement, Leaf Utilization and Product Management across the three leaf operation units.
Krishna Kumar, with his in-depth and intuitive knowledge of the Tobacco crop, Agri-inputs business and the related commodity cycle, brings his expertise to the fore in the areas of crop development especially for tobacco and spices, procurement strategy of Agri-products and stakeholder management.
