ITC Infotech, a leading global IT services and solutions company and fully owned subsidiary of ITC Ltd, today announced a new Consumer Goods Business Process Services (BPS) offering "Powered by Oracle" and based on Oracle's Comprehensive Trade Management (CTM) solution. The Oracle CTM solution is built on Oracle's proven and highly robust Siebel Trade Promotion Management solution which is primarily utilised for managing promotions and funds, settling claims and forecasting sales and liabilities. ITC Infotech has further complemented Oracle's Siebel platform with predictive trade planning, real-time 'what-if' scenario planning and consumption-based volume planning capabilities.
